NOTE : For those who have only seen the Attack on Titan anime or haven't read fully the manga yet, there are spoilers in here so beware. Let me begin this post by saying that this theory/idea is a bit "inspired" by Attack on Titan ( a manga ) by Hajime Isayama. I'm very well aware of The Ice Dragon by GRRM ( even though I haven't read it yet ) and I've heard that it takes place in the same world as Westeros, a long time ago before the current events happened.
